As you browse the IdeaChain website, we assign a cookie
to the browser on your computer. The cookie does not provide
us with your email address or any personal information about you.

Ordering
You may order by Secure Server, by telephone, by fax
transmission or by ground mail.
When you order with the Secure Server on our website by 3:30 PM,
Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday, your order will be
acknowledged the same business day. Orders received after 3:30 PM
(CST) or on weekends or holidays will be acknowledged the following
business day.
You may order by phone from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (CST) using our
toll free line 1-800-460-8484.
You can fax your order to us at 1-254-848-2087.
Ground mail orders should include name, address, telephone number,
email address and order option desired. Include check, money order
or credit card number and expiration date. Send to MindPrime, Inc.,
4547 Baylor Camp Road, Crawford, Texas 76638.
Domestic and International orders may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit cards. School purchase orders are accepted (please name a school contact person.) For fastest school delivery, please fax purchase order to 254-848-2087. We ship on receipt of purchase order.
We also accept money orders and personal checks from United States
banks. Checks must clear before shipment. We do not ship COD.

Security
When you order, we use secure server software
that encrypts all of your personal information including credit
card number, name, address, and personal information, so that it
cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. When
you register for our newsletter or other services the information
travels on our regular channel, which is not encrypted.

Standard
US Delivery
We ship domestic orders by US Priority Mail. For orders
received Monday through Friday before 3:30 PM Central Standard Time,
in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Orders received after 3:30 PM (CST) or on weekends or holidays
are shipped within 48 hours of the next business day. The shipping
charge is included in the price.
Next Day Delivery will get your IdeaChain program to you
the next business day! If you place your order by 4:00 PM CST, Monday
through Friday, your order will be delivered the next business day
for $45 additional.

International
Delivery
International orders are shipped by the most time and
cost effective method. The shipping charge depends on the destination.
This does not include any import duties or fees, which are the buyer’s
responsibility. International orders may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card.
While we do ship to many countries, this product is not available
to all international addresses. For questions on international delivery,

If you chose to return your IdeaChain program, please
send it, with return receipt requested and insured, to: Customer
